white chocolate drizzled peanut butter pretzels

gluten-free and vegan option

Who else got lots of snow yesterday? Sadly my school district didn't give us a snow day, so I still had to do online school, but I went straight to the kitchen as soon as I was done to whip up these cuties!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup almond flour

  • Pretzels (use gluten-free if you want; use as many pretzels as needed)

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips (I have yet to find vegan white chocolate chips near me, but if you have some, feel free to use them!)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small bowl, combine the peanut butter and almond flour until a dough forms.

  2. Spread pretzels out on a parchment-lined plate.

  3. Add a spoonful of dough to each pretzel, and top with another pretzel to make a little sandwich.

  4. Put peanut butter filled pretzels into the freezer for about 5 minutes while you melt your white chocolate.

  5. Drizzle white chocolate onto pretzels.

  6. Refrigerate for a few minutes until the chocolate sets, and enjoy!
