vegan, flourless, gluten-free
THIS ONE IS FOR ALL MY PB LOVERS!! I'm not kidding when I say these might be some of the best cookies I've ever made. They are soooo soft, and the texture is just perfect. You HAVE to try these!
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 cup peanut butter (natural & runny)
1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax and 3 tbsp water)
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp coconut sugar
3/4 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 Unreal Crispy Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Add the dry ingredients (except the pb cups) and mix.
Fold in the chopped pb cups.
Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes.
